“A Prewedding in Himachal Pradesh”
Surrounded by the Deodars and pristine pagoda architecture, team Smart Clicks did Nidhi & Hitesh pre-wedding shoot. The courtyard of the 300-year-old palace near Chopal, Shimla endeavored the beautiful couple as they made their prewedding day, a memorable one in their traditional attire.
While Hitesh looked sober in kurta pajama & a classy Sadri (waistcoat), Nidhi stole the limelight while wearing the 100 years old traditional jewellery inherited from her ancestors.
The prewedding destination is a 300-year-old interior that looked royale and gave this photoshoot an all-new dimension. The 3 phase pre-wedding shoot took place in between Jubbal & Chopal.
As the day progressed the couple wore the second outfit. Nidhi’s dhathu (Himachali bandana) gave those extra marks to her beauty and Hitesh’s printed waistcoat was the highlight here!
As the day proceeded the couple looked stunning in their western outfits. As Hitesh wore a western suit while Nidhi flaunted in a gorgeous peach gown.
And yes, Smart Clicks-the wedding photography films still remember Hitesh proposing to her on his knees, so romantic! So this was how team Smart Clicks made the couple’s day a memorable one by delivering them some of the best pics of their lifetime.
A gorgeous Wedding in the abode of the Himalayas- Shimla
There’s no Himachali wedding complete without dance, food, and lovely pahadi people. With a blend of contemporary and modern art, the stage was all set for the Grand Himachali Wedding of Hitesh and Nidhi.
The bride and the groom’s families have been curiously waiting for this day. This was the event where hundreds of people would gather in a colourful template to celebrate and cherish the wedding of Nidhi and Hitesh.
Wedding is not just an amalgamation of 2 people, there are 2 families involved. The continuous rush of emotions is constantly flowing in every person attending the wedding, especially the bride and groom’s parents.
From colorful mandap to exclusive Himachali delicacies, everything was prepared with love. Not to forget were the traditional turis and Baja that highlighted the baarat with pomp and show.
Every wedding is a memory that lasts forever for the couple and their families. This is an event that only takes place once in Hindu culture. This is why we assure that whoever attends a wedding gets everlasting memories every time they go through the pictures we clicked on their D-day!
Nidhi and Hitesh looked stunning on their wedding day as the Dulha appeared no less than a royal prince. Nidhi was sparkling in her red bridal lehenga and that cute-innocent smile. The scenic beauty of the place added grace to the wedding!

Mehandi & MAMA SWAGAT- by Smart Clicks Cinematography
It all began with beautiful henna flowers on the palms of the bride! Mehndi is the first step of tying the eternal bond between the two souls. Nidhi and Hitesh were bestowed with blessings as their mehndi ceremony began proceeded by the Mama Swaagat.
While Nidhi was fully loaded with Henna designs on her hands, Hitesh’s mehndi was subtle and was done by his Bhabhi Ji!
Mama Swaagat or the welcome of the maternal side of the bride and the groom is the beginning of any Himachali wedding ceremony. While Hitesh’s family began the preparation of welcoming their guests in Kotkhai at their residence, the same was the aura at Nidhi’s home in Mandhol, Jubbal.
The groom’s mama swaagat took place in a typical Pahaadi tradition. Dressed in a teal kurta pajama Hitesh looked smart enough to catch the eyes of every single person attending the wedding.
The whole event was full of dance, fun, and food. The Dulha enjoyed the ceremony to the fullest!
Hitesh enjoyed his mama swaagat and so did Nidhi! Her family and friends made the occasion filled with happiness and excitement. The bride brigade too shook the dance floor with her amazing movies and why not- NIDHI KI SHAADI HAI!
HALDI CEREMONY
The entire wedding was a blend of tradition and modernity. While Hitesh’s Haldi ceremony proceeded in a traditional; manner in the courtyard of their deity’s temple, Nidhi and her family celebrated the event in a colorful, ambient decorative estate.
The bride and the groom both were unstoppable at their Haldi ceremony- FROM DANCING!
The friends and family didn’t leave a single space on Nidhi & Hitesh’s face without a splash of Haldi Ubtan!
Even with haldi splashed all over their faces Nidhi and Hitesh were found on the dance floor with their friends and family. AAJ MERE YAAR KI SHAADI HAI, the song came true here as Nidhi and Hitesh both were found enjoying every beat of the dance music as their Haldi ceremony went on with grace and grandeur.

WEDDING DAY
The 2-day wedding splendidly concluded with elegance! From baarat swaagat to feras, from vidaai to the reception day after, everything looked like a fairy tale.
Marriages are made in heaven and this one was celebrated too in a heaven-HIMACHAL
What a couple! Above all the generous souls who attended their wedding and showered their blessings on Hitesh and Nidhi; everyone had eyes filled with happiness as their wedding concluded elegantly.
Blessed are the parents who have sons like Hitesh and lucky are the parents who are bestowed with daughters like Nidhi.
